E. Mitchell, W. French, L. Thomas & E. Bridges

Sheriff Calvin K.C. Hamp, Sr. is pleased to announce the recent graduation of Deputy Sheriffs Edward Mitchell, Walter French and Louis Thomas from the Mississippi Law Enforcement Training Academy in Pearl, Mississippi. Officers Mitchell, French and Thomas successfully completed the 10 week Basic Law Enforcement Training.  Graduation was held March 24, 2011.

The next step for these 3 Officers will be field training, where each officer will be paired with a field Training Officer (FTO) for several weeks. The FTO will bridge the academy training and practical applications of what the officer learned.

Officers Mitchell, French and Thomas are congratulated by Commander Eugene Bridges.
