Click It Or TIcket

The Tunica County Sheriff's Office will be participating in the "Click It or Ticket" Campaign, which is observed May 20-June 2, 2013.  Patrol presence will be heightened during the Memorial Day Weekend by setting up various checkpoints and saturations throughout the county.  "Click It or Ticket" is a national event, which is geared towards ticketing those who fail to use seatbelts.  However, the main goal is to promote seatbelt usage, which is a very effective safety feature that has helped save thousands of lives.  Agencies worldwide will participate in this campaign.  By maintaining "Click It or Ticket" awareness, seatbelt fatalities will be reduced tremendously on America's roadways.
