Across the county, you'll see tractors and heavy equipment moving from field to field, and eighteen-wheelers working overtime to move the harvest to its next destination. It's a busy time, but there's something special about watching another harvest come in.

 

As you travel our roads, **please slow down and give our farmers, equipment operators and truck drivers a little extra room and patience.** We know everyone is in a hurry, but remember: there's a neighbor, a friend, or maybe even one of our own behind that wheel, working hard to bring in the harvest.
