On Tuesday Morning, April 2, 2019, the Tunica County Sheriff’s Office Investigators attended the Initial Appearance Hearing, before a Justice Court Judge, for Anfernee Harris and Dontarrius Hibbler. It was found that:

 

Anfernee Harris: 

Count One: Second Degree Murder [97-3-21(2)] Bond: $100,000.00 

Count Two: Aggravated Assault; Deadly Weapon [97-3-7 (2)(a)(i)] Bond: $  50,000.00 

 

Dontarrius Hibbler: 

Count One: Second Degree Murder [97-3-21(2)]    Bond: $110,000.00 

Count Two: Aggravated Assault; Deadly Weapon [97-3-7 (2)(a)(i)] Bond: $   60,000.00 

 

However, the Judge entered a Revocation of the Bond pursuant to the State Constitution. This Revocation was ordered because Dontarrius Hibbler was previously released on bail for Aggravated Assault and Drive-by Shooting that occurred on June 29, 2018. 

 

Also, the Tunica County Sheriff’s Office Investigators obtained a warrant for a third suspect for Second Degree Murder:

 

Ronald Ladd, Jr., Black Male, age 20, of 1020 W Street, Tunica, Mississippi.
