On today's date at approximately 3:35 p.m., the Tunica County Sheriff's Office, along with members of the U.S. Marshal Service, apprehended Patrick Jermal Alexander, 20, B/M, of 3935 Kingston Drive in Horn Lake, Mississippi on warrants from Shelby County, Tennessee in the Buck Island Community.

The Shelby County (TN) Sheriff's Office had outstanding warrants on Patrick Jermal Alexander for:

• Criminal Aggravated First Degree Murder (39-13-202)
• Aggravated Assault (39-13-102D)

The subject was transported to the Tunica County Jail and is currently detained awaiting, pending extradition to the State of Tennessee.
