On Sunday February 27, 2022 at approximately 1216 hours, deputies were dispatched to 1055 Bradford Street in reference to a house fire along with Tunica Fire Department and Pafford EMT.  Upon arrival, deputies immediately observed heavy smoke coming from the roof of the home and fire from the Northwest side.  While on the scene, the son advised that his father, Robert Moore was still inside the residence.  The Tunica Fire Department, with great effort extinguished the fire and Mr. Moore was located deceased in the home. 

The State of Mississippi Fire Marshal was notified and initiated a fire investigation.  It was determined through their investigation that Mr. Moore's death was an accidental death by fire.  Mr. Robert Moore was 68 years of age.  Our hearts and prayers goes out to the Moore family.
