On Friday, June 16, 2023, at approximately 3:45 a.m., the Tunica County Sheriff's Office received a 911 call to an armed robbery that occurred at Shell/Checkers gas station located at 6804 Casino Strip Resort Boulevard in Robinsonville, MS. Sheriff deputies were dispatched to the scene.

 

Upon arrival, deputies spoke with a witness who advised deputies that two unknown, black male subjects entered the store with guns and demanded money.

 

The witness described the suspects as both wearing black hoodies with face masks. One subject was wearing blue jeans and one subject was wearing grey jogging pants.

 

This incident remains under investigation by the Tunica County Sheriff's Office. Anyone that has any information related to the identity of the suspects is urged to contact Tunica County Sheriff's Office at 662-363-1411 or Tunica County CrimeStoppers at 662-910-0400. Any information leading to an arrest can pay up to $1,000.
