Wilkins Released on Bond by Judge Webster

Cortez Wilkins has been issued a bond in the amount of $20,000 for the charge of felon in possession of a firearm and drugs.
His bond was reinstated by Circuit Court Judge Charles Webster. Judge Webster's reasoning was due to the fact that Wilkins has not been indicted for the murder of Trez Hall and three grand juries have passed.
The homicide case for Hall was given to the Office of the District Attorney, Brenda F. Mitchell - Eleventh Circuit Court District in July of 2022.
