On Friday, July 11, 2025 at approximately 7:06 p.m., Tunica County Sheriff's Office received a 911 call in reference to shots being fired at 1060 Soleil Drive in Robinsonville, Mississippi. Upon sheriff deputies' arrival on the scene, three victims were located with gunshot wounds. Pafford EMS arrived on the scene to assist with medical treatment, but tragically one of the victims, Nykeria Jude, 30, succumbed to her injuries and was pronounced deceased by Tunica County Coroner, Glenn Grant.

A 24-year-old black male was transported to Regional One Health, along with a 6-year-old black female who was transported to Le Bonheur Children's Hospital. Both were airlifted by Medevac for further medical treatment.

The suspect in this investigation has been identified at Markello Braxton of Robinsonville, Mississippi. MARKELLO BRAXTON is considered to be ARMED & DANGEROUS.
